What is an AD Carry and what do AD Carries do?
AD Carry = Attack Damage Carry
AD carry is a Champion who dish out mostly Physical Damage relying on Auto Attacks (AA). They are highly item dependant and excels during late game. AD Carries relies on Attack Damage,Critical Strikes and High Attack Speed to kill their opponents, although some AD Carries prefer using on-hit effects to deal hybrid damage (eg. Teemo, Kog Maw). Normally AD Carries deal devastating damage to 1 target but different champion varies (eg. Twitch, Miss Fortune)
Definition of AD Carries:
- These champions are based off auto attacking. They deal the vast majority of their damage through their basic attacks.
- These champions are found in the bottom lane for the most part but sometimes a Bruiser and the AD / Support will swap top and bottom lane to give the other team some confusion and this is often done to counter a strong enemy bruiser.
- Support champions often accompany AD carries to help them farm and protect them.

Masteries
I normally go 21/9/0 to maximize offense while having some defense to survive a few hits
Carry champions are extremely effective late-game at "carrying" the team to victory, either by killing off key players on the enemy team or deal large damage in team fights because they have tremendous damage output, but low defence. This is the reason they are focused 1st during team fights and often require teammates to protect them.
